Forest Management Plans

We work with landowners to determine objectives and develop a plan to achieve their goals.

Tree Farm Inspections and Certification

We have trained and certified Tree Farm inspectors that will work with you to get your land certified.

Timber Sales

We work with landowners to determine the optimal timing of timber sales and we oversee the sale from cruising through final harvest inspection.  This includes timber inventory, timber valuation, marking (if necessary), bid invitations, sale contract, and contract compliance.

Timber Inventories

Timber inventories are used to determine volume of timber for timber valuations.   Inventories include land assessments, management inventories, stand inventories, and cruises.

Timber Valuations

Timber valuations are used for buying and selling timber, forest/estate planning, and investment purposes.

Herbicide Application

We have certified applicators for applying pesticides and herbicides for a variety of purposes:  site prep, wildlife openings, and mid-rotation release.

Conservation Easement Baseline Data Reports

Property inspections, photo documentaion and technical write-ups for baseline reports.

Invasive Species Removal

We provide invasive species removal by hand, mechanical, and chemical methods.
